What more could a husband wish for than a wife with cheap airfare tickets and Pilsner on her mind?

That is exactly what Dan got this Christmas, with a long weekend away in Stuttgart at the end of January. With visits to the Mercedes Museum, the Zoo and many German bars and eateries, we merrily strutted around this south western German city.

My favourite part of the long weekend, apart from the Pilsner and Polar Bear at the Zoo, was eating ice cream sundaes and drinking beer at 11.30pm. You have got to love a bar that brings these two delightful past-times together! #SundaesOfBeer #OurJapanStory
